6. Changes to this Agreement
IMAGE Information Systems reserves the right to change these license terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of download shall apply.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, shall be the registered office of IMAGE Information Systems.
