iQ-3D is a DICOM 3.0 compliant software application for the detection, classification and follow-up of traumatic, metabolic, congenital, oncologic and inflammatory diseases on computed tomography or magnetic resonance images.

iQ-3D is an optional module for iQ-VIEW and its purpose is the assistance for medical diagnosis of three-dimensional CT and MR data by advanced 3D visualization techniques.

Therefore you need to install iQ-VIEW first and deploy the iQ-3D files manually as described in the coduments.
