When we open IO (Modality) images in the web viewer, some of the bright parts of the image are shown as black. It's not an inversion of the image. I've attached both images for reference.

Hi,
this looks like integer overflow. Can you send the image and all details - version, what viewer etc. Can't solve it without.

I've attached the dicom file as a zip.
We are using the web server included with Conquest DICOM to view the image. Conquest DICOM is the latest version 1.5.0e. -
Hi,
I think this was already fixed on Github on 16th Feb this year. Can you update dgate64.exe from there and see if it is fixed?

Hi Marcel,
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I couldn’t find a standalone
dgate64.exeon GitHub, so I downloaded the entire master branch. After runningConquestDICOMServer.exein it and doing the initial configuration, I was able to locate thedgate64.exein the same folder.I copied that
dgate64.exeinto my test installation of Conquest DICOM, and now the images display correctly in the web viewer.Just to confirm—was this the correct way to get the updated
dgate64.exe?Thanks again for your help,
Joseph

Hi,
great that it is fixed. I think you can just browse the source files on GitHub and download it from folder install64. But your way works too!
