Can you please tell me, what I'm doing wrong?

I am trying to rise CONQUEST on win10. First I installed MySQL server, then I start CONQUEST, select Native MySQL driver, specify server data and save.

On the Installation tab, click Make ODBC MySql create a database and gives an error connection to the port 3306.

Sometimes I manage to create a database, but the imiges are not saved.
