Hi,
can you start it again and observe with the task manager that indeed it is is process dgate.exe that is leaking memory. A regen on my machine shows no noticable memory size increase of dgate.exe.
A quick and dirty fix would to be create a batch file with regendir commands to complete the regen.
Edit: It could be that there is a very large or corrupt dicom file that causes the error. Can you show me the exact error message?
