After selecting the XR image, when I select Export and Export to Medium, my Xray disappears, and when it goes to local file it only contains the PR/SR files which are not the imaging. To reiterate, when trying to burn an XRay, it will only download the PR/ SR files not the DX (Xray). Even I did have a tech try to help but he had no idea. I am becoming very frustrated. By the way, it does not do this for every XR file.
