If you're facing image format issues after conversion, ensuring proper window and level settings is crucial. Adding a custom Lua script to adjust these parameters can help. For compressing or optimizing images post-export, you can try jpeg compressor (link removed) for maintaining quality while reducing file sizes and converting image formats.

Thanks for the guide on localizing K-PACS. But since K-PACS doesn’t support Unicode, translating to languages like Chinese or Cyrillic can be tricky. I found using tools like texthumanizer.ai helpful for text changes or trying iQ-VIEW as an alternative, as it supports Unicode. Do you think future updates could make it easier to use other languages?

Hi, thanks for sharing the list of new features in K-PACS v1.5! The new DICOM header view and thumbnail navigation look really useful. Can you let me know where I can download the latest version or any updates about version 1.6? Thanks

The new features, especially the DICOMWeb, look really helpful for better integration. I’ll try out the latest version and share my feedback if I find anything. Great work on improving the tool.

These are great ideas. Using parallel exports and managing the queue with a database seems like it would really help when there's a lot of transfers. I'm also wondering if it's possible to automatically give priority to emergency patients in the queue, maybe by linking it with the hospital's patient system?

Ok, Thankyou this info.

Hi Marcel, thanks for the update! I’m currently using v1.5.0d on Linux. Can I update only the dgate64 and ConquestDICOMServer binaries without affecting my existing configuration?

I had a similar problem with DICOM setup. Check if the AE Title, Port, and IP address match correctly on both sides. Also, try the DICOM echo test to see if it works. For error E040505018, it could be a setting mismatch or a network issue.

ok, Thankyou for confirmation.

Hello,
Just to confirm, once the external data is linked to the new ConQuest installation, will all previous records and settings be restored automatically?

Great to see the new release of Conquest 1.5.0e. Are there any major improvements or bug fixes in this version that we should be aware of?

You can use this
forward compressed as UN to XXXX
Make sure to replace

with the appropriate AETitle. For more efficient image compression in general, you can also use online JPEG compressor tool. -
Hey hi, you can try changing the permissions of the DICOM setting file to prevent it from being overwritten. Right-click on the dicom.txt file, go to Properties, and adjust the permission to make it read-only. This should prevent the file from reverting to older version after a reboot. Make sure to backup the file before making any changes.
And you can also get some information from Configuring DCOM and WMI to Remotely Retrieve Windows 7 Events (ibm.com).

Hey hi, please check correct SMTP configuration in Watch Dog v2.x, including accurate credentials and SMTP server details. Verify Gmail setting to allow access from less secure apps and also check for any firewall or antivirus blocking outgoing emails.

Hy hi, please go to the toolbar and select the view menu. Then choose show and enable plane linking and reference lines. These functions are essential for spine MRI.

Hey hi, you can indeed use private tags in DICOM to store the Order ID. Whether a modality retains and returns private tags in MPPS depends on its implementation. Since you don't have access to a modality for testing,
