what is the meaning of error code E040505018. i cannot send dicom file on kpacs

I had a similar problem with DICOM setup. Check if the AE Title, Port, and IP address match correctly on both sides. Also, try the DICOM echo test to see if it works. For error E040505018, it could be a setting mismatch or a network issue.

I Query IQ-View in our main server, but When I open image this error popup please help.

if you bought an iQ-VIEW you should contact your vendor to solve such problems. If you have bought directly from IMAGE Information Systems, feel free to contact our service and support team.

I'm using the trial version of IQ-View, but there's an error that they haven't been able to fix. However, we still plan to purchase the full version of the viewer if they can solve my problem.
